Location and staff were WONDERFUL, and the hotel itself was exclusive. Truly enjoyed the lounge bar. Satellite television, a personal safe and a writing table in the room were an advantage.

We had 2 nights in Merida, spend our time here lovely. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Moreover, it had free Wi-Fi in all rooms: D

Stayed here for New Year's and the complementary champagne and snacks were a nice touch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The pool area was also a nice feature and we enjoyed lounging around in the sun. The maid service was excellent and kept our room very clean.
The rooms were very basic and not what we were expecting based on the price.
The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding was not of good quality.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the exclusive amenities provided made us feel truly luxurious. the outdoor swimming pool with its sun terrace, sun loungers, and garden area, was a perfect place to relax. Plus, the barbeque grills and the bar/lounge area were fantastic. Our room was equipped with private facilities, including a poolside snack bar, and the continental breakfast was superb.
There was only one minor issue during our stay.
the shallow end of the swimming pool was a little smaller than we expected.
